Data validation, analytics & reporting
Start with the business question and the data behind it. Agree what a metric means before using a dashboard to make decisions.
Know what you’re asking for.
These are starting points for a proposal. Final deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed with you.
Work we can discuss
- SQL support, database validation and application-to-database troubleshooting
- Migration testing, reconciliation and data-quality checks
- Business dashboards, GA4/GTM setup and customer or lead analysis
Deliverables to agree
- Metric definitions and source-to-report mapping
- Validation checks and documented data gaps
- Agreed reports or dashboards with refresh and handover notes
A useful first conversation.
What to share
Share the decisions you need to make, available data sources, reporting cadence and access restrictions. Use anonymised samples where possible.
Scope boundaries
Reports depend on source quality, permissions and tracking coverage. Historical data cannot be reconstructed when it was never collected. Consent requirements and analytics configuration need review.
Can you validate data after a migration?
We can scope checks for record counts, key fields, relationships and business totals. Source and target access, reconciliation rules and acceptable differences must be agreed.
Describe the problem. Let’s define the next step.
Share your requirements and preferred timeline. We’ll discuss scope, availability and pricing before any engagement.
