Application maintenance & cloud support
Give an existing application a clear maintenance plan: what needs attention, how changes will be released and who is responsible when something fails.
Know what you’re asking for.
These are starting points for a proposal. Final deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed with you.
Work we can discuss
- Application takeover, troubleshooting, bug fixes and upgrades
- Git-based releases, CI/CD, Docker and cloud deployment
- Monitoring, backup arrangements and rollback planning
Deliverables to agree
- Application inventory and prioritised issue backlog
- Release checklist and agreed recovery procedures
- Support runbook with escalation paths and coverage boundaries
A useful first conversation.
What to share
Describe the application stack, hosting, known issues, current support arrangements and business-critical hours. Access is arranged securely after scoping.
Scope boundaries
Support is subject to agreed hours, response targets and access. Round-the-clock coverage, uptime guarantees and recovery targets are not included by default. Cloud fees are scoped separately.
Can we discuss monthly maintenance?
Yes. The proposal should define included tasks, coverage hours, issue priorities, response targets and how additional work is approved.
Describe the problem. Let’s define the next step.
Share your requirements and preferred timeline. We’ll discuss scope, availability and pricing before any engagement.
