Information you choose to share

When you request a career discussion, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, qualification, graduation year, current status, career interest, learning preference and preferred classroom location. We record your consent and when you submitted it.

How we use it

We use your request to contact you about career guidance and program options, manage counselor follow-up and maintain related notes. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a paid program.

Optional analytics and attribution

If you allow analytics, we may store campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the first landing page and referring page in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days. We record relevant website interactions. These attribution fields may accompany your lead request. Without analytics consent, we record only the submission page path for operational context; tracking scripts are not loaded.

Where configured, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel process website events after your consent. Form names, contact details and private answers are not included in analytics events. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences. Previously transmitted events are not recalled by withdrawing consent.

Service providers and security

Our hosting and database providers process data needed to operate this website. Access to lead records is restricted to authenticated administrators. Optional notifications contain a lead reference rather than your form answers. Clicking WhatsApp opens a separate service governed by its own privacy practices; our prefilled links do not include private form data.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry records for follow-up and operational needs. You can ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact, by calling or messaging +91 63749 56407. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours. Any record that must be kept for an applicable legal obligation may be retained for that purpose.
