- 40 points for an employer-controlled source.
- 15 points for a stable job or requisition ID.
- 15 points for explicit fresher, student, graduate, apprentice or 0–1-year eligibility.
- 10 points for a working HTTPS application page.
- 20 points across location, qualification, dates and job-safety checks.
High scores indicate source completeness, not a guarantee of employment or selection.
