Careers verification policy
SpotHub reviews public vacancy information and clearly states what was—and was not—confirmed.
Our verification levels
- Official source: the vacancy appears on an employer-controlled careers website.
- LinkedIn-listed: the listing was reviewed on LinkedIn, but an employer careers-page match was not found.
- Closed or removed: applications are no longer available or the information did not meet our publishing standard.
What we check
- Company, role, location and stated experience.
- Application destination and available job identifier.
- Posted date, closing date and employment type when provided.
- Requests for fees, suspicious domains and misleading claims.
What verification does not mean
A SpotHub review is not an endorsement, recruitment partnership or guarantee that the employer will respond, interview or select an applicant.
